Club Demonstration Services (CDS), is the nation’s largest consumer experience marketing company & we are seeking an energetic, outgoing, social, and assertive individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Shift Supervisor in the Chantilly Costco!

This part-time position requires you to lead by example by preparing and demonstrating vendor products to club members for the purpose of promoting sales. In addition, the Senior Shift Supervisor will oversee scheduled in-warehouse events in the absence of the Event Manager and will assist the Event Manager with day to day operations such as completing daily reports, interviewing and training new Sales Advisors, and ensuring compliance with company policy.

You must have basic cooking skills and food knowledge in regards to preparing and giving cooking and recipe ideas to club store members. You must be able to positively engage members to promote and increase sales of product. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Ability to close a sale is required. Pay rate is $14.00 per hour with potential for future growth and incentives.
